We offer worldwide shipping and returns through our trusted logistics partner, DHL.

Delivery Charges

Complimentary worldwide standard shipping is available on all orders over £250.

Shipping Times

All orders are dispatched daily from our UK warehouse, excluding weekends, UK bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.

Please ensure you provide a contact name and telephone number for delivery. DHL requires this information to complete shipment processing - we cannot dispatch orders without it.

While we aim to ship all orders promptly, please note that dispatch delays may occur due to:

• Missing or incorrect contact information

• Payment authorisation issues

• Stock availability

• Courier delays or external factors beyond our control

Duties & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be settled directly with the courier at the time of import.

Kukhareva London is not responsible for any customs duties or related charges. If you refuse to pay the applicable fees, any return shipping and associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your KUKHAREVA London purchases. However, should you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, provided the products meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

How to Return

Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive a Merchandise Return Form authorising the return — this must be included inside your returning package.

We offer a convenient DHL courier return service, which includes a prepaid return shipping label and courier collection. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund as follows:

• UK DHL Return Fee: £9.95

• Rest of the World DHL Return Fee: £19.95

You may also choose to return your order using an alternative courier; however, KUKHAREVA London cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered returns. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until your refund is completed.

If using your own courier, please ensure you have obtained a Merchandise Return Form first, and send your return to:

Please note: Returns must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the Merchandise Return Form to be eligible for a full refund. Delayed returns may be refused.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

• In their original condition and packaging

• Returned with all original labels, garment tags, and Do Not Remove tags intact

• Accompanied by the original invoice

Refunds exclude all shipping fees. KUKHAREVA London reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to accept the return, KUKHAREVA London reserves the right to retain the product and the invoiced amount.

Sale Items

The same return policy applies to all international orders, except for the United States.
For U.S. orders, all sale items are final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Promotions, Flash Sales & Discount Codes

Items purchased during flash sales, seasonal promotions, or with discount codes are not considered sale items (unless specifically marked as such). The use of a discount code does not affect your consumer rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse, your refund (excluding any taxes, duties, or shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Taxes & Import Duties

Please note that any taxes, import duties, or additional charges incurred during delivery cannot be refunded by KUKHAREVA London. You may contact your local customs authority to inquire about possible reimbursement.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order and follow the standard returns process for the original item.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order by emailing onlineshop@kukhareva.com

If your order has already been processed and shipped before your cancellation request is received, shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
If your cancellation request is received before shipment, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued.

Faulty Products

All KUKHAREVA London products undergo strict quality control checks prior to dispatch and comply with the UK Sale of Goods Act 1979, ensuring that all items correspond to their description and are of satisfactory quality.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact onlineshop@kukhareva.com with full details and clear photographs. If our customer service team determines the fault to be a manufacturing or quality issue, you may request one of the following:

• A repair

• A price reduction or store credit

• A full refund (including original shipping costs, but excluding any duties or import charges)

Please note: Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
