Our international website ships worldwide to over 100 countries.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express Delivery (please allow 7-10 working days due to COVID-19) depending on stock availability. We will require your phone number for the DHL Courier Service, if this is not provided at the checkout, it may delay your order processing.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made between 9am – 6pm on business days, except for UK where delivery can be made on Saturday (8am-12pm) and require a signature on delivery. Please contact customer care prior to ordering if you have any queries. If the first delivery is attempt is missed, the courier will leave a note to the receiver’s attention detailing clear instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery.
Please not orders placed on a Friday after 2pm (GMT) or on a weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

VAT

Our orders are shipped from a UK warehouse. All prices and delivery charges are exclusive of any duties and taxes. You will be required to pay the applicable and relevant duties, taxes or any other charges required to be paid to import the purchased products in the country of delivery. By purchasing from this site, you accept to pay all duties and taxes or other charges required in full. We are not liable any import taxes or duties and we shall be entitled to charge you any of those costs.
