SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are shipped daily from our UK warehouse in a timely manner except the weekend, bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day.
Please ensure you alway include a contact name and telephone number for the courier delivery to avoid delays as we are not able to dispatch your order without a valid contact telephone number.
Please note dispatch delays may arise due to missing information, payment authorisation delays, stock availability and courier company issues beyond our control.
DUTY and IMPORT CHARGES
All orders outside the UK may incur duty and import charges depending on your location. The custom processing fees, taxes and import duties may apply to the order total at the point of import into the country and you will be contacted directly by the courier company to settle the payment.
